With a slightly narrower blade than the Chef knife, this general purpose kitchen utensil is also characterized by light and thin design, and for its popularity among both beginners and pros.  The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is cut from heat treated curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensures a firm grip, even when wet.

Comes with a storage block in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.

Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.
