Hewlett Two-Sides Diamond Plate

Diamond plates are the best way to keep your scandinavian knife sharp. They’re small, lightweight, portable, never seem to wear out, and are the perfect size and weight to easily to run over the blade, as opposed to a larger stone where you have to run the blade over the stone. This is a two-sided version, with a medium (600) surface on one side and a fine (1800) surface on the other. The plate is 4″ long, 1.25″ wide, just under 1/16″ thick, weighs a bit more than one ounce, and is the perfect size for your pocket, or even your wallet.
