Hewlett Three-sided Diamond Stick

Sticks are the best way for sharpening longer knives like chef and other kitchen knives. This triangular diamond stick has three sides, with a different grit on each side (Coarse (270), Medium (600), & Fine (1800)). The stick itself is around 12″ long by 3/4″ wide, and the handle features a guard to prevent the knife edge from sliding down onto your hand. These are ideal for giving the knives a quick tune-up before using them, or for restoring a duller knife that needs more work. Just turn your wrist to go from coarse, to fine, to extra fine.
